Dr. William Dao
Director & Principal Osteopath
B.Sci (Clin Sci), MHS (Osteopathy)
Will graduated from Victoria University in 2018 following 5 years of study where he obtained his Bachelor/Master's in clinical science (Osteopathy).Since graduating, Will has worked in traditional Osteo clinics and more recently within a clinic where traditional "hands on" Osteo is combined with exercise rehabilitation in a gym setting.
These experiences have allowed Will to develop his own unique treatment approach in which he helps his clients feel, move and stay well. Outside of the clinic, Will also teaches the next generation of Australian Osteopaths through his sessional role at Victoria University, whilst furthering his own learning by undertaking Post graduate studies in Tertiary Education.
Having grown up in Melton, Will has always been involved in the local community be it working at the local pool, as well as participating in local Football, Cricket and Basketball. It is these strong connections and desire to provide the West with bespoke, high quality Osteopathic care that spurred him to open 'The Osteo Room'. On the weekends you can catch Will doing all things outdoors, usually running, cycling, camping and eating his way through the day!
Dr. Chirra Tyson
Osteopath
B.Sci (Clin Sci), MHS (Osteopathy)
Chirra completed her studies at Victoria University, where she achieved her Bachelor and Master’s of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Having grown up in Melton, she spent lots of time at local dance studios and sporting clubs where she developed an interest in how the body moves, functions, and most importantly, heals.
Her journey through Osteopathy has taught her that holistic health goes beyond the physical - championing the mental, emotional, and social aspects equally to provide outstanding results for her clients.
Chirra believes in the importance of taking time to attentively listen to her client's concerns, which allows her to thoroughly assess her client in the clinic room. Chirra works collaboratively with her clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their goals. Chirra is passionate about addressing underlying causes of her client's pain whilst promoting a balanced wellness approach, helping her guide clients toward sustainable health improvements that extend beyond the treatment room.
When she’s not treating, you can find her with an iced latte at the local brunch cafe or keeping active in the gym, on nature hikes, or at a pilates studio.

Dr. Shelby Holter
Osteopath
B.Sci (Clin Sci), MHS (Osteopathy)

Shelby completed her studies at Victoria University, obtaining her Bachelor and Master’s of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Having grown up in the nearby Sunbury, she has always been heavily involved in local sporting clubs, specifically Footy/Netball clubs. Following an injury during netball, Shelby was treated by Osteopaths who helped her in her journey back onto the Netball court. This is where the seed of interest in Osteopathy was planted as she developed an appreciation and understanding of how the body moves and heals.
Shelby prides herself on managing patients as individuals - taking in not only the physical aspects of recovery, but also the psychosocial factors too. Her passion for Holistic care helps her achieve outstanding results, as she focuses her care beyond the treatment table, championing self management through the treatment and rehabilitation process.
When she’s not treating you can find her playing A Grade Netball in the Riddell Districts, keeping active at the gym or on walks, whilst also prioritising quality time with family and friends.
